*About us* Bismarck Surgical Associates is a five room multispecialty Ambulatory Surgery center in Bismarck, ND.
Bismarck Surgical Associates LLC was established in 1999 and is owned and operated by a group of local physicians.
Cases vary but consist mostly of orthopedics, Neuro, ophthalmology, and pain.
```Duties``` - Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures - Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed - Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement anesthesia plans - Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients - Educate patients and their families about anesthesia procedures and potential risks - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records ```Skills``` - Valid nursing license and certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations - Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret test results - Experience with electronic medical record systems - Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols - Strong understanding of human physiology and the effects of anesthesia on the body - Familiarity with medical office procedures, including coding and billing Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
