CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

```Duties``` - Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse - Administer basic medical treatments under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare professional - Assist with patient mobility, including transferring and positioning - Provide emotional support and companionship to patients - Follow infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment - Document patient care activities and observations in medical records ```Requirements``` - Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of an approved nursing assistant training program - Knowledge of basic medical terminology and anatomy - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care is a plus - Familiarity with gastric lavage procedures and basic life support techniques - Ability to provide excellent patient service and maintain a compassionate and caring attitude - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals - Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations - Willingness to work in a hospital setting Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
