Office Coordinator

EmPowered Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time Office Coordinator.
This position is 36-38 hours per week, with a 4-day work week Monday-Thursday.
Office hours are 7:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday.
The ideal candidate must be friendly, organized, outgoing, and have a love for working in an environment with children and families! Pay is based on experience.
Job Responsibilities * Greeting patients and families * Taking new patient phone calls and intakes * Taking patient payments and copays * Assisting with billing duties * Verifying insurance benefits * Scheduling new patient evaluations * Entering patient information into the EMR * Inputting faxes and new patient paperwork * Checking patients in for their appointments * Assisting in patient scheduling for reschedules and cancels * Light cleaning duties * Inventory of office and therapy supplies * Opening and closing duties Qualifications * 2-year college degree * Medical office experience * Current driver’s license * Strong communication and organizational skills * Passion for providing excellent customer service * Self-motivated and team player EmPowered Kids Pediatric Therapy provides collaborative and innovative outpatient Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services to children ages birth to 21.
