The *Van Driver *provides safe transportation for school-age children from schools to YMCA program site.
* Drives a 12 passenger van safely according to YMCA policies and procedures and state laws.
* Assures that each passenger is seated before driving and transports children to destinations in a safe and timely manner.
* Completes thorough before-and-after trip checks and records information such as gas level, mileage, and maintenance on designated forms.
Helps keep vehicle clean.
* Promotes safety at all times by keeping first aid supplies stocked.
* Communicates regularly with other staff members and supervisor.
*Part Time Shifts Available, Monday-Friday:*
* *7:30 am-8:30 am*
* *2:30 pm-3:30 pm*
*_Opportunity to work additional hours in the YMCA Before and After School childcare program available_*
*We are looking for someone who displays the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
*Must be a licensed driver for a minimum of 1 year with a clean driving record.
CPR and First Aid Certifications required within 90 days of hire and are provided by the YMCA.
_At the YMCA Youth Development Centers, we provide high-quality, values-oriented, state-licensed childcare and pre-school education.
We have three locations in Bismarck Mandan-the Main YMCA on Washington Street, North location on Century Avenue and Mandan location inside the Family Wellness facility.
