Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.

Learn new banking responsibilities including: Opening new accounts for customers and Giving guidance to customers regarding bank products & services.
3.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns along with maintaining a high level of confidentiality and security when handling customer information and transactions.
