Hampton Inn & Suites Bismarck Northwest is hiring for FULL TIME NIGHT AUDITOR/PART TIME FRONT DESK AGENT.
Applicant must be EXTREMELY reliable, responsible and dependable.
In order for us to run a smooth operation it is very important to have our employees show up to work on time and for each scheduled shift.
Applicant must exude customer service and be willing to go above and beyond for each guest.
Shifts available include 11pm-7am (NIGHT AUDIT) 7am-3pm AND/OR 3pm-11pm (FRONT DESK).
Shift responsibilities include but are not limited to making reservations, changing reservations, canceling reservations, checking guests in, checking guests out, cleaning the lobby and Cupboard areas during your down time, answering the phone, setting up the meeting room, cleaning and restocking the fitness center, completing the night audit, uploading daily revenue numbers into an excel file, folding laundry, etc.
Applicant must be fast and friendly in all guest interactions.
Applicant must be organized and well groomed.
Applicant must be able to work in a Team environment.
Starting wage is $14/hour for FRONT DESK, increase for NIGHT AUDIT.
Potential increase after 90 days of employment.
Pay increases with experience up to $18/hour.
No experience is required.
