*Responsibilities* * Provide outstanding customer service and act as “client-care officer” through direct contact with new and existing customers and partners.
* Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
* Entry and communication of sales orders, job creations, customer issues, and any other customer-related need.
* Act as internal project coordinator on customer jobs, as assigned.
* Coordinate resolution of customer problems and complaints with Field Management.
* Assist Management with sales cold calls, sales promotions, customer satisfaction surveys, customer inquiries, and customer visits, as assigned.
* Accurately measure, track, and report project and sales outlook information.
* Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
* Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability toward company, co-workers, and customers.
* Assist other areas of the business, as needed, depending upon workflow and availability.
*Skills and Communication* * Ability to efficiently switch between multiple tasks on a daily basis * Strong organizational skill and excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail * Administrative Writing Skills * Microsoft Office Skills; able to build and maintain spreadsheets and able to professionally format documents in Word * Professionalism * Problem Solving * Self-motivated with good work ethics *Education and Experience* * High school diploma or equivalent education required * 1 year of administrative assistant experience * Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat (and/or other PDF software equivalent) * Valid driver’s license Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift Work setting: * In-person * Office Application Question(s): * What is your desired wage?
