We are seeking an exceptional communicator committed to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
An ideal team member will be able to work well independently in a variety of situations, with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Duties and Tasks: Develop and prepare legal documents Verify and deposit monies Prepare and reconcile reports Set up new accounts Research databases Input Data Upload documents to an electronic repository Answer phones and direct customers Manage and update multiple calendars Generate outgoing correspondence and prepare for mailing Scan and assign properties to documents Review and add Power of Attorneys to accounts Send email correspondence Enter wage records Design excel files Coordinate unique projects and special events Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Requires an associate degree with major coursework in office support or business or office education and one year of work experience performing a variety of office support, clerical, or secretarial work.
Additional work experience performing office support, clerical or secretarial duties may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in administrative work and customer service.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in the use of analytical tools and data analysis methods.
Ability to work effectively within a complex work environment to meet strict deadlines.
