Lead Preschool Teacher

Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided * Food provided * Growth opportunities Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Plan and lead engaging activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration - Assess the developmental needs of each child and provide individualized support as needed - Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and development - Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant information - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all children Qualifications: - Previous experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices - Strong understanding of curriculum development and implementation - Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children - Familiarity with special education needs and strategies is a plus - Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred If you are passionate about educating young children and creating a positive learning environment, we would love to hear from you!
