As a *Youth Development Center Teacher*, you will nurture and educate children ages 0-1 or 3-5 in our licensed childcare and preschool programs.

Prior experience working in an early childhood setting is a plus.
A Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification is required, but if you don't have it yet, don't worry – *we offer a CDA Certification training program with financial assistance.
* A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field may serve as a substitute for a CDA Certification.
CPR & First Aid Certification and Child Abuse prevention training will be completed within 90 days of hire and are provided by the YMCA.

We have three locations in Bismarck Mandan-the Main YMCA on Washington Street, North location on Century Avenue and Mandan location inside the Family Wellness facility.
