No need for a deposit, just the application fee and lease swap fee of $250.
Furniture is available if needed\wanted (most for free).
Pets are allowed but you'd have to pay the pet fee and get them approved by the complex.
Can move out within the month of January, but flexible depending on when you need to move in by.
