Work Location: Tappen or Linton, North Dakota
Reporting to the Farm Manager, the Operations Administrator will provide administrative support to farm management team, focusing on safety and equipment maintenance.
The successful candidate will be a results-driven, self-starter who is always looking for opportunities for improvement, and has the ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required, ERP software would be an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as superior organizational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure & meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Excel in a fast-paced, changing environment
Knowledge of agriculture and equipment maintenance would be considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer service both over the phone and in person
Administrative support for the farm management team
Daily processing of safety and maintenance tasks, including training records, parts inventory transactions, work orders, and preventive maintenance records
Support of initiatives improving safety culture and systems
Data entry and filing
Represent the company in a professional, positive and pleasant manner
All other administration and farm related duties as required.
