In the HR Assistant role, you will interact primarily with staff through email and phone along with some in person contact.
Responsibilities include providing general administrative support for the HR Department:
* Entering new hire information; create and issue employee ID badges; assemble and file new employee personnel folders.
* Assist in employee relation event projects.
* Process employment verifications.
* Maintaining current HR files and databases.
* Processing accounts payable.
The ideal candidate for this position would have excellent interpersonal skills, great organizational abilities, and the ability to effectively prioritize and plan work activities.
They should also be detail-oriented and possess a strong ability to monitor work for quality.
Additionally, problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address issues in a timely manner are essential for success in this role.
*Minimum Qualifications*:
* Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with completion of specialized training in the field of work, in addition to basic skills typically associated with a high school education.
* Sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position, usually associated with the completion of an apprenticeship/internship or having had a similar position for one to two years.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,256.
23 - $52,038.
