This position is based out of our Bismarck, ND site and assists our North Dakota communities with finding the right people to join our greater Benedictine community.
This is a hybrid/remote position.
Join our Benedictine team! As a Support Center (SC) Float Recruiter, you will be responsible for the campus recruitment and selection process of all associates employed.
Your position will also assist in onboarding, succession planning for key roles, as well as, perform administrative duties and other special tasks as assigned.
The Support Center team loves to assist our communities and make our daily routine more fun with awesome teammates.
*KEY RESULT AREAS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB*
* Coordinate all recruitment efforts including sourcing of qualified applicants, creating job postings, attending recruitment job fairs, and maintaining company recruitment efforts on various job boards, including social media.
* Lead and conduct campus interviews.
* Manage employment background checks for compliance for requirements.
* Prepare and maintain offer letters and associate files.
* Assist with new-hire orientations and their initial benefits enrollment.
* Reporting and processing for new-hire forms and system set-up.
* Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
*Required Qualifications:*
* Associate’s Degree and three (3) or more years of experience in Human Resources and talent acquisition
* Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment and on boarding processes
* Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS program.
